Waves of Passion

The European Commission, through the Directorate-General for Energy and Transport, has been aware of the problem of a growing shortage of merchant marine officers.

As a result, it has decided to produce a film entitled "Waves of Passion" which describes the career opportunities for merchant marine officers, and to create a website linked to it giving practical information about career opportunities, useful contacts, the existing legislation, etc.
